|Recommended: YesMaintenance — The grounds are very well kept. However, it is only well kept from the things you can see from the car. If you have a problem in the apartment, they are really good about fixing the problem in a timely matter. However, other amenities are not well kept because they are not seen very often unless you live here.
Yes, there are two pools. However, only one is actually decently well-kept with the exception of questionable transparent objects at the bottom of the pool . The other pool is neglected and is always dirty. I've seen someone clean it once, but they do not clean often enough. The hot tub is digusting. It is closed and there is no notice as to when it will be open again. So for now, it is just neglected and dirty and not inviting at all.
Every building is equipped wit one laundry room. So if you live on the fourth floor, you have to go down to the first floor to wash your clothes. I have never had any problems with a lack of machines, but the machines themselves present their own problems. They are meant to be high-tech with an app that controls them, but the system is still new and crude and doesn't work well. More than half the time you go to wash clothes, one of the machines gives you problems.
Problem 1 Card readers on all the machines are absolutely horrible. They do not read your card and you can expect to spend 5 minutes swiping your card.
Problem 2 The machines have the tendency to sit in a cycle for an extremely long time. You swipe your card, it charges your card, and the machine shows 1-10 minutes to complete a cycle. It will sit like this for more than an hour with the doors locked, spinning your clothes and never washing. Your money is wasted, your time is wasted, and you leave very unsatisfied with the experience.
Problem 3 Dryers work only half the time. You waste money on the machine to dry your clothes for 50 minutes and come back to find your clothes still wet. In these cases you need to cycle the clothes about three times for them to dry this is assuming you actually do divide your clothes in two machines to make sure they dry .
Resumed The washers charge 1.50 every cycle. The dryers charge 1.25 every cycle. For a normal load, you need 2 machines to wash and two machines to dry. Assuming you have a normal experience, you can expect to use about 4 wash cycles or be charged for this and 6 dry cycles. You will end up spending a few hours of washing clothes and about 12-13 every time you want to wash clothes. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Security here is little to none. All buildings have cameras inside at almost every angle. This is where security ends. Outside has no security cameras and no security measures whatsoever. It becomes very apparent that no background checks actually happen because of some of the people that are seen here. The rules are exceptional and give a sense of security, if only they were enforced. Alcohol is not permitted however it is very apparent that nobody fallows this rule. Signs of alcohol can be seen at almost any time of the day. Groups of people tend to spend time outside smoking and drinking. They then leave trash and litter where they were for everyone to see after. They do the same things on the church grounds nextdoor.
The lack of security becomes very apparent seeing is there is no security guard, no patrols, nothing. Nobody is here to enforce any law or rule. I thought someone was exaggerating having removed the wheel from their bike to prevent theft. However, after one day of having a bike locked to the rack, I realized they had good reason. The bike was there for one day and the cable was cut and bike was gone. Possessions need to be kept close and guarded or else they will be gone.
|Recommended: YesWolverine Crossing is a great place to live. — I love the perks that come with the place. The rent cost is a little high for my liking, but the amenities and such make it easy for me to live in so I accept them. I am close to UVU and transportation which make my busy life functional. The buildings are up to date and cause me no worry. Overall, it is a great place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay that cuts down on certain commute times.

|Recommended: YesChill, resourceful, fun. — It's great so far. I love that it really is a community. There are wonderful social events, the people here are nice and I haven't had any issues with any resident.

|Recommended: YesWorth the price — Though the apartments aren't anything lavish, it's super nice having it fully furnished. The gym here is worth part of the rent alone, it's fantastic. The grounds are really nice, there's good green space and the pool volleyball basketball area is the best place come summer time. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, work orders as hassle-free and generally get done in about 24 hours.

|Recommended: YesThis property is perfect for owning your first apartment. — The housing has a great security system because those who are residents have a key, which will decrease the amount of weird people entering. The staircases and hallways hold all smells from each apartment from each level, which is sometimes disturbing.
