|Recommended: YesLove it — I love living here All the people here are so nice and everything feels very clean compared to most places. its usually pretty quite, there's always something to do, and there are many opportunity's to make new friends.
|Recommended: YesGreat but a bit spendy — I enjoy living here for the last week that I’ve been here. I had to unclog all the drains in the apartment because that wasn’t done prior to us moving in. I like there there is a lot of parking and how close it is to uvu. The staff seems nice. My only dislike is how much it costs and I had additional fees to pay for my first months rent which is totally lame.

|Recommended: NoCharging me though I’m not renting — They required a co-signor so my brother could get rent. However, they’re also charging me rent and getting me all the emails as if I was tenant. I’ve already tried to make sure that I was just signed on as a cosignor. And I’m still dealing with this. I’m very unhappy.
|Recommended: YesReview 1 — I love living here and I love the courtyard and social aspect. When I first moved in the floors in my apartment were pretty dirty so we had to clean those but other than that the apartment is very good quality and a great place to live
