|Recommended: YesDefiantly used, but still pretty nice — I enjoy it. this is my first time out of my parents home so I don't really have anything to compare it to, but my roommates are great, based on my answers on the compatibility test I feel like I got matched very well. Its in a great location, right off the freeway so its super easy to tell friends how to get here. And since I am LDS their is a church basically on the property, and half the ward is from another complex so theres always new faces. Its not as social as I had hoped, the first month the courts and pool were bumpin but now no one is out there. the gyms very nice and usually has 2-6 others there so its never too busy.

|Recommended: YesIt's was very well — I would tell them it's very nice to live here because you can live near to UVU campus plus have bus and frontrunner near the apartment.

|Recommended: YesThis year is not bad — The wall and windows are thin, make sure it is locked during the winter, if you stay in C and D building, you will hear noise from the pool, it might bug you to sleep at night. Moreover, you can hear the conversation either inside hallway or outside walkway and it is so interesting to listen.
The air conditioner conflict might happen, you should tell roommates how much cold and hot it is.
Although the rent fee is most expensive here, you would say the apartments are old and why you have to pay a high price, it because of the location I guess, and the events here is really great and the gym is huge. Therefore, there are always pros and cons where ever you go.

|Recommended: YesI like it — There is a sense of community, like there's always something going on. Although the quality of the apartment isn't the absolute finest, I am happy here. Everything around the complex is easily accessible and convenient.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property, prices are a little steep — It's a great place to live. The social events are great and at least once a month. The prices are steep, but if you're okay with paying the excess money it's a good place to live.

|Recommended: NoIts pretty cool, there are a few problems though — Its kinda nice, its a bit expensive and the apartments are ehh.. the fixed utilities is nice and its close to campus. Payment is a little shady, I paid my rent once and then twice and still got charged something called a return fee, also twice. SO overall, its basically normal not bad just not really good.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — Accommodations are really nice and the rent is really affordable. They have activities often to help you meet your neighbors and make friends. Internet speeds are awesome because they have a fiber optic provider. Train station is just out the door and makes getting around easy.

|Recommended: YesIt's fun and has a great vibe — I would tell them that there's a very good and social vibe here. The gym is quite nice. You have a good selection of amenities to enjoy. Close by gas station, subway, dominoes, gas station, UTA, just be open to paying a higher rent per month.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment yet — This apartment is pretty neat Is fairly nice and the people around here are helpful, not just staff, but your fellow neighbor as well The only down side is that off you get a room facing the pool, as I do, well let's just say that the party will go on, but nothing too crazy, noise wise.

|Recommended: YesGood Place to live — Overall great experience here Great for freshman just learning how to live on their own. The locations super great with the shuttle to school. Apartments are decent. Love the office atmosphere Super friendly and always willing to help. Nicest office staff I have ever worked with. Always on top of maintenance issues Great gym and common areas Super welcoming community. Always something to do around here. Would recommend 10 10.

|Recommended: YesThe property is well kept. The pool is usually dirty. — It's been okay. Overpriced but the distance to UVU, LDS church, Frontrunner, and bus stops are great. It is nice having a hot tub and pool and a gym.
