|Recommended: NoAstronomically expensive for what we are given compared to other communities. Not worth it. — Its a great place if you have friends. The facilities are not taken care of and getting repairs done to the many things you will find with your room will be a hassle.

|Recommended: YesFriendly, Fun, Clean, Well-run — I love living here. It has everything that you could need, from printers and copiers all the way to pools and basketball courts. The complex is well-run and for a reasonable price every month. The only real issues I had was with my roommates and even then, the manager of the complex was more than willing to help out. Very friendly staff and they're always willing to make your experience a good one.

|Recommended: YesVery clean and well kept — It's very easy to make friends and there are fun parties put on by the RAs. The apartment is a good size, even for 6 people. Appliances have little to no trouble. Great price, convenient location, good place to live.

|Recommended: NoGood pace, but I got a 325 parking ticket for my car breaking down in the wrong parking stall for too long. and I live here. — Having the front runner station be right there is SO convenient, if you have a car, good luck. Don’t ever park in the wrong spot ir else you get booted and towed.
