Permit parking only, towing enforced. Unpermitted vehicles must park in one of our two visitor parking locations (north end of the north parking lot or the east end of our southeast parking lot.) Visitor parking spots are marked and there is signage. A TEMPORARY PARKING PASS IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PARK IN VISITOR PARKING AFTER 2:00 AM! Residents can pick up temporary passes for guests during office hours. Off property parking is available on University Parkway and on Geneva Rd.
