|Recommended: YesWell kept, tidy, and accessible — Not noisy or boisterous on a daily basis
|Recommended: YesFine — It is a place to live. It's not amazing but it's fine.
|Recommended: YesA Fine Place to Live — It was a great place to live. There were a few problems with certain areas of the apartment which needed more attention for the staff than was given. Also the heater didn't work to well making it rough living in the winter. Other than that is was a wonderful experience.
|Recommended: YesVery good experience living here overall — I would say it has been great living here. The apartments themselves are super nice and the furniture and appliances are all great. I have also had great experiences with maintenance, they are super fast and always very polite and do a great job. The events here are also super fun and I genuinely am very glad I chose to live here my first year away from home. Compared to most of my friend's apartments I have visited at other places, my apartment feels huge and like a real apartment home rather than a cramped dorm room, and isn't that much more compared to how much bigger it is.
|Recommended: YesThe place I never knew I needed. This is Home. — I have loved living at Wolverine Crossing. It has been the most fun and comforting place to live. There are always events going on, you meet a lot of people, and the rooms are just what I needed. I knew this was going to be my new home when I first toured their property. I saw how caring the staff was and the room was what sealed the deal for me. I love how every building has it's own personality I have been asked to renew my lease and I know it would be a mistake if I left Wolverine Crossing. If you are looking for student housing or any housing at all, Wolverine Crossing will be your home away from home, don't make the mistake of passing up living here.
|Recommended: YesIts my home away from home. Amazing. — Great staff, amazing opportunities to make friends, super convenient and close to UVU.
|Recommended: YesThe property offers a welcoming and community-like feeling — Living at Wolverine Crossing has been a great experience so far It seems like there is always something going on and lots of chances to meet new people. The staff is super friendly and is always willing to help. Compared to all of the other apartments that I have seen, Wolverine Crossing tops them all.
|Recommended: YesGreat place — Great stay
|Recommended: YesOverall good place for what you're paying — I have liked it so far. Although when it snows the roads get really icy so it would be nice if something could be done about that.
|Recommended: YesVery nice and convienent — It's really nice how ever find somewhere else to do your laundry.
|Recommended: NoOkay for a short period of time — Okay for a short period of time if you are single. If your married or over 20 get out ASAP. Staff is very friendly, almost every time we needed something they were polite and sweet. Parking is ridiculous, the apartments are not nearly as nice as the advertisements, the are small. Dryers in the laundry room dont work, usually takes 2,3 times to get average small load dry. however the staff are spectacular.
|Recommended: YesSo far no problem — Living is so far as usual good.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to live — Friendly community, lots of things to do all the time. The extra outdoor space available to us is awesome. The only thing i wish, is that the washer and dryer were in the unit instead of on the ground floor of every building.
|Recommended: YesFirst Floor, Parking, and Window Problems — If you live in C building, the closest parking lot is almost always full past 7 pm. The noise is bad since I live on the first floor and I hear people from the parking lot. My main complaint is the structure of the windows in the bedroom of the 4x2 private room option. The windows take up the majority of the wall. Because the window is not well insulated, the room gets very cold at night in the winter. I would like to see more insulation and smaller windows when the property is remodeled.
|Recommended: YesIt's alright — It's good to live here for like a year, but not a permanent thing
