|Recommended: YesReally great — It's a fun environment to live in. They always have stuff going on like a breakfast bar for finals week or a pizza night to encourage us to register to vote. It is also really close to a lot of things like UVU and it's not too far from the mall. The Orem front runner station is right behind the parking lot which is convenient if you use public transportation.

|Recommended: YesIt's a great place to live. — It's a great place to live. There are fun activities all the time, we also have a pool and a great gym.

Maintenance and Staff tend to be under knowledgeable about normal policies and reading notes regarding assistance. — Rent is good and overall enjoyable place to stay. Make sure you never get in a care wreak because there is no way to get a temp pass for more than 3-9 days depending on what staff you talk too while it is getting fixed. Also it easier to replace filters and fix small apartment problems yourself if you have time. Over all friendly and accommodating just some time hard to resolve problems if they come up.
|Recommended: YesGreat experience thus far. — The only complaint so far, is that the residents in the apartment to the east of us have a dog living with them and it barks late into the night. My wife and I just renewed our lease here a WC and we are looking forward to the new renovations
|Recommended: NoIt was disappointing. — Overall the apartments were mediocre. Do not let the show rooms fool you. When I first moved in it was disgusting. The carpet was not vacuumed and everything was not cleaned. Upon move in we were told that our names would be on the door of our bedrooms, however they were not so my roommate and I were kicked out of the bedroom that was supposed to be ours and when I brought this to the staffs' attention they blew it off. There is an enormous difference between our apartment and the one right next to us, such as nicer flooring and different counters. We even tried to decorate the apartment to make it look nicer and it is awful. The bathroom was not clean, the bedrooms were not clean, there was paint on our T.V. as well as on the floors. When we were moving in the lady was still cleaning it, she didn't bother to sweep or mop the floor. My roommate and I can't lock our bedroom door because our lock and key does not work even after multiple attempts of maintenance fixing it. It is not worth how much money you pay. Even with all of the amenities it is too expensive. I am in a shared regular bedroom paying over 400 a month and we don't even have enough room to put our clothes and shoes. You can find better quality apartments for cheaper.
|Recommended: NoBad roommates and maintenance — I lived here for two years and the first year was great. I had nice roommates and we had Christmas parties and got along fine. Unfortunately, they moved out and replaced with the worst slobs I have ever met. They leave food and water all over the counter and never clean anything except their dishes.......eventually. They turned the drop pan under the burner of the stove into charcoal within the first month. Maintenance is also an issue. They sent emails saying they were replacing lights, but when they actually did they left a broken bulb all over the floor and sink. thank god i was wearing shoes They also replace our microwave and said they would install......they just left it on the counter. It takes up a good 50 of the counter space. On a positive note, the apartments are close to school and the rent is ok.
|Recommended: YesDecent Place — I would recommend this place to a first time leaving home out of state student in their first year. The social aspect of this place really shines. The maintenance tends to be a little slow. It is a little expensive here, and if you like your roommates, I suggest all moving out to somewhere cheaper there are plenty of places
|Recommended: NoDo not recommend — The apartments are way too small for the number of people for the price you pay. I've had past issues with roommates having drugs using drugs in the apartment. When reported, the staff was ignorant and not any bit cooperative with doing anything to fix the situation. I get this is a business, but I personally feel that all wolverine crossing cares about is getting money out of their customers. Do not recommend.
|Recommended: NoAlright — This is an alright complex. Really think the complex could use lower rental fees since the upkeep isn't the best. The beds are awful. Staff is great though and they have fun activities always happening.
