submitted by Olivia O. - |Recommended: NoI pay too much for the quality of the complex — Don’t expect a lot of help from the staff. Or the upkeep of the pools.
response from property -Olivia, thanks for the review! I'm so sorry that we failed to provide more help. We will try to do better!
submitted by Kathryn M. - |Recommended: YesA wonderful home away from home. Beautiful furnishings and amenities. — The complex has a community-like feel and keeps the tenants engaged with various social events. The facilities available are first-class and the service provided by the employee staff is wonderful.
response from property -Thank you so much for the kind review, Kathryn! We're glad you're here and enjoying yourself, and hope you'll stay another year!
submitted by Asher B. - |Recommended: NoIts decent but could be better — Like it was a slightly bigger hotel
response from property -Asher, thanks for the feedback!
submitted by Blaikly L. - |Recommended: YesGreat environment, renovations will be awesome — There is always something to do and people to be with. Its a fun place to live. We can't hear anyone or anything unless it is outside the windows don't hold out sound well or in the hall the hallway door isn't super thick . We enjoy living here.
response from property -Thank you Blaikly for the feedback and positive review!!!!
submitted by Veronica M. - |Recommended: NoLess than Impressed, A Waste of Your Money — Wolverine Crosibf is falling apart, items within the apartments and buildings constantly falling apart Often had to submit maintenance request 2-4 times before things were addressed. There is no reasonable way out of you lease so do not sign unless you want to waste your money on a crappy facility and inconsiderate management. They may try to get you with the “we just remodeled” line but to finish that remodel, everyone at wolverine crossing had to move apartments multiple times during the summer with new roommates and new floor plan that you did not sign up for. Along with this, they forced people to be a part of this inconsiderate process with no way to get out of your lease except sell it, and I promise no one will but it from you, my roommates tried for months. Plus, they give you a four day heads up to get everything moved out either across the parking lot to a Different apartment where people already had been living for the last eight months, or like I chose, you had to move out permanently if you did not want to be a part of the remodel process. This made it so I had to give up a shift at work because I already had been scheduled for those four days. All in all, it’s a poorly ran facility with zero consideration to students and completely take different apartment where people already had been living for the last eight months, or like I chose, you had to move out permanently if you did not want to be a part of the remodel process. This made it so I had to give up a shift at work because I already had been scheduled for those four days. All in all, it’s a poorly ran facility with zero consideration to students and completely takes advantage of the desperate need for housing when it comes to students. Do not live here
response from property -Thanks, Veronica, for the feedback!
submitted by Cade R. - |Recommended: NoI'm glad I'm leaving — Parking is near capacity and good spots are rare unless you're parking mid morning. Noisy neighbors tearing through the halls at midnight, and residents using megaphones in the hot tub right outside the window. Maintenance is disorganized, though responsive. The staff is great, wonderful people that help as much as they can. Rent is awful. A shared room costs as much as a private room in several other apartment complexes of higher quality. I'm charged 457 for battered furniture, old bathrooms, nasty carpet and climate control that we have to submit a work order to change from heat to cooling. Overall 2.5 5 rating.
response from property -Cade, I'm sorry to read that we didn't live up to the standards we expect of ourselves. But your feedback is appreciated! We will do better!
submitted by Riley K. - |Recommended: YesThe property is in good shape and well maintain. — Its a great place to live while going to school, since the school is close by. The only down side to me is the walls are a little thin so you can hear other roommates and neighbors.
response from property -Thanks for the kind review, Riley!
submitted by Megan B. - |Recommended: YesIt is dirty and old. Needs to be refurbished. — The social scene is fun, but the buildings are currently horrible. Excited to see the upgrades.
submitted by Chelsey A. - |Recommended: YesAmazing and welcoming. — It's a very inviting and welcoming place with so many activities always going on. The people here make sure that you're taken well care of and fix any problem that you may have. The amenities are really convenient and I loved my roommates. It was so easy moving in and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for an apartment.
submitted by Jake R. - |Recommended: NoIf i could give 0 stars I would — This is the absolute worst place to live. I would not only not recommend Wolverine Crossing to anyone but I would strongly advise people to steer clear of this place
submitted by Zack H. - |Recommended: YesI like these apartments a lot, I think they are very nice — living here is safe calm environment, the location is awesome, I love how close we are to UVU, makes my college experience a little bit easier.
submitted by Chase E. - |Recommended: NoDisorganized — It felt like a cheap place at a high price. The outside is really nice and looks really pretty, but inside is gross and dirty. For a couple of days there was throw up on the stairs that no one cleaned up. During the winter the back entrance door broke and it stayed that way for a couple of weeks, someone finally fixed it but only fixed half of it. Maintenance was slow to our requests and the furniture in out apartment felt dirty and used.
submitted by Andrew P. - |Recommended: NoThe apartments are dirty, they aren't worth the price. — It seems great from the outside from the amenities and everything, but on the inside the apartments are disgusting. They need new carpet it smells and looks dirty even after we vacuum and every kitchen appliance needs replacing they're very old and we've had issues with every one , along with every tub and sink they're all gross and very old . The apartments are definitely not worth what you have to pay to live there. They're also very small there's not enough room for all the people that live there. There's not enough room for food or clothes or storage. I also think it's very dishonest of this complex to only post favorable reviews publicly. Wolverine Crossing's website says that it has 5 stars, and it gets it's reviews from facebook and google. Yet on both facebook and google, wolverine crossing only has about 3.2 stars. That is misleading and dishonest to me. I didn't see a single bad review on wolverine crossing's website.
submitted by Sierra W. - |Recommended: NoIt's pricy for what it offers. — They have a lot of activities that are fun, but the space provided can get crowded quickly. The apartments are not as nice as they show in the tour, but nice enough. A lot of things were broken or not working when I moved in. The fridge kept freezing my food. The staff is helpful and the maintenance team and cleaning team do a great job. The laundry units smell weird and sometimes rip your clothes or sheets. You can't control the thermostat so bring a fan and blankets. Overall it is really expensive for what it offers and you could find better deals elsewhere. It is close to UVU though, so that is nice
submitted by Dylan M. - |Recommended: NoThe property is average — I would tell them to look somewhere else because of the rent pricing and room format and conditions. also the late rent policies.
