submitted by Jocelyn B. - |Recommended: YesGreat social environment — It's so pretty Not only is it a nice, home environment, you are also basically guaranteed to make new friends. Most of my friends at UVU I've met through Wolverine Crossing. So grateful to have lived the college experience at these nice dorms.

submitted by Bryant B. - |Recommended: YesExceptional — I would tell them this is a very excellent place to live, though be very specific when choosing roommates or else you may get stuck with one who owns a subwoofer. As well as despite holding parties that end up getting the police called due to drinking and being extremely loud is continued to allowed to live here. That's not even mentioning how the management knows said roommate is known for being suspected for many things that are beyond inappropriate and still being allowed to live here. Also, white paint is the worse color that could have been chosen for a sleeping quarters.

People tend to overload the dryers which causes this issue to happen often. Parking is hit and miss because there is a lot of people here. Most people keep to their social clicks. Staff events are alright in helping people getting to know their neighbors but could be better. There is always room for improvement.

submitted by Kaden B. - |Recommended: YesPerfect student living, perfect medium — I would say very social and active. Great place to go to college and feel like a community home.
submitted by Madison D. - |Recommended: YesThe property itself is pretty and well constructed. — Living at Wolverine Crossing is fun, but pricey. The events they put on are fun to go to, and it's nice to get free stuff. However the hallways are typically very dirty and smelly.
submitted by Clayton J. - |Recommended: YesIt's alright has its pros and cons — You have your privacy and some people are noisy but that's just life. Deal with it.
submitted by Kord G. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I live living here. Great location not to far from almost everything really close to the school just great overall
submitted by Jaida H. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live for great price — I really love the modern appeal to these apartments, super friendly staff, walking from above apartments can be heard sometimes but not too bad, fun activities, pretty good price, nice gym and pools.
submitted by Valerie H. - |Recommended: YesSo far not so good — Well it's nice here, the roommates are good. But signing a lease was a pain in the ass. It took 3 hours just to sign a lease, and then I had to re-sign it, and when I came to pick up my key on my move-in date, it took an hour and a half just for the people at the desk to give it to me. Not only that, they showed me paper work of my lease that had completely different numbers for my rent and it took them forever to fix it. I was told different things when signing the lease, and picking up my key just made me lose hope and now i'm worried that i'm going to have to pay a bunch of fees that I had no knowledge of. Also, when I turned in my rating sheet the sheet where I rate the apartment and furniture and whatnot in exchange for my mail key, I was told that I did not have a key, and that it will have to be made for me. I didn't know this. Now I don't know how long it will take for me just to get my mail. And the girl who said this just took my paper, didn't sign it or anything so I don't know if my ratings are even relevant and i'm probably going to get charged for problems that already came with the apartment. The hallways also smell really bad of a strange odor. I'm excited to live here and make new friends, but i'm really hoping that I don't run into any other issues and that I get my mail key asap. I've only lived here for two days and i'm already disappointed.
submitted by Bodie M. - |Recommended: YesReally nice — Just like living anywhere else I guess, people are really nice and the staff are really helpful
submitted by Jared T. - |Recommended: YesWell kept — It's great. Lots of stuff to do and lots of people to talk to.
submitted by Ashlyn C. - |Recommended: YesIt's overall a pretty decent place. — I would tell them it's a decent place to live. The actual apartment is pretty nice however it is expensive. I'd also recommend a private bedroom. There are also clean checks which are pretty lame because I mean I pay almost 500 a month and then someone comes and judges how I live but hey it's all cool. There's not really a sense of community or anything that really goes on with the people of your floor so hopefully your roommates are chill or else there's not really any other way to make friends. They do have fun events and stuff going on though.
response from property -Thank you Ashlyn for the review! What do you think we could do to improve the sense of community on your floor? We would love more feedback!
