|Recommended: YesA solid apartment — It's a nice place to be, they really do try to take care of you. It's a good mix of campus living and regular apartment living. The events are exciting, and the people are fun. The RA's are helpful and make themselves available to listen to any concerns you may have. It's a little expensive, and the heating and air conditioning aren't always very responsive, but it's a positive experience overall. We had a problem with water leaking for a minute, but the maintenance staff came to help that same day and we got it worked out Our upstairs neighbors are loud, and we hear them a lot, but it's not a huge deal, and very few other people have this same issue, it seems. I would recommend it to my friends

|Recommended: NoGreat place, but way overcharged — It's great to live here, but the money you put in is not worth what you get out. I would've moved by now if it weren't for my roommates that I absolutely love.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — For a student, this place is ideal. It's close to the school, bus stops, and the Orem station which is a huge plus. As far as college living goes, it is worth the price compared to other apartments. The people I've met are all friendly and nice. My complaints are the smells and the loud hallways. You can hear and smell everything in the halls. Besides that, I couldn't have found a better place to be.
