|Recommended: NoI emailed Bart Gibson the manager personally to meet him and discuss issues. He never responded and it's been a month. I met him shortly once in person and he was frankly unpleasant. Management is terrible and consistently of little help. I'm allergic to cats and asked leasing this before I moved in. The cat was documented but they weren't honest with me, and I moved in on a contract they didn't uphold. Yet, it still became my responsibility and hundreds of dollars spent on my end to sell the contract. There were homeless people trespassing in parking lot every so often. Fridge and stove do not work well low quality. Mostly the fridge, but when maintenance came, they didn't know what they were doing and didn't speak English. Staff there is nice but not well trained or managed. Bart will likely respond to this review and offer to meet after ignoring me. However, nothing will change. I'm happy to refer people to different complexes and have several times. This place is a scam.

|Recommended: NoAbsolute Crooks — Easily the single worst place to live in Utah Valley. They charge us monthly for amenities, none of which have been available for the past 7 months, as well as fascist cleaning checks which come with a minimum 35 fee if there happen to be clothes on the ground. The hot tub is never hot if it’s even open and the staff have been trained to intimidate young tenets into paying fees which they are not required to pay. Do not let yourself or your child end up here, they will only find stress and pain and be locked into a year of hell. Don’t worry, you can sell your lease to somebody else, but WC apparently needs 200 just to watch you switch. They charge us to clean our own rooms and have never responded to a single maintenance request placed by myself or my roommates. Truly despicable and inhumane establishment. 0 10

|Recommended: YesThe noise is my only issue. — The people above me walk as loud as possible it seems like and they had me up until 2 in the morning so doesn’t seem like the apartments are very sound proof.

|Recommended: YesIf you wish to live in accordance with a cult and there values definitely move here. I love living under the rules of a religion I've never followed . Also the apartments are bare bones walls are paper thin maintenance never comes. They are only after your money parking here is way over priced and they get off on booting you and your guest. The RA's don't allow parties and the social gatherings are pathetic. Wolverine crossing is a joke and an awful place to live. Just live at the Axis it has none of these problems and the social is not even comparable. In short Wolverine crossing is out dated and nasty and will only gouge your pockets when ever they can make up the excuse too. If you are not Mormon don't move to this dump. Love, the residents
