|Recommended: NoManagement and staff only care about making a quick buck off of you and nothing more. Aside from the horrendous prices for cramped and poorly taken care of living spaces, the management will not assist you with anything and insist on you upholding their one-sided contract. Their moto is This is Home. And sure, it is home if you consider home to be a hellscape that you continuously have to dump your money and sanity into. I had multiple issues with my roommate not respecting my personal space and the property and their staff ignored me each time I attempted to resolve the problem. Do not give this place your business.

|Recommended: NoVery manipulative contract that only favors management. Extremely overpriced and though it may look nice on the outside you will have a terrible experience if you choose to live here. Avoid at all costs, trust me.

The internet is not as fast or reliable as they say but good enough for most jobs.
I did not appreciate the second application fee I had to pay after they had verbally confirmed that I would only need to pay for one application a 1x1 apartment for my spouse and me. . The impersonal, surly manager hid inside his office while I was told I would have to pay it.
Walter, thank you for the review. Every tenant is required to apply and pay an application fee--even if you were mistakenly told that was not the case. Fair housing doesn't allow me to alter the application process, even if a staff member makes a mistake. And there is no better way for staff to learn than to let them handle the problem. However, if you feel the need to meet with me you are welcome to do so any time.
