I had a issue with two of my roommates breaking every rule in there lease drugs, bring strange people over at 3 am I called to complain about it and nothing was done until my parents called. This time around the AC keeps breaking, I have been in this new apartment for a year and every 2 months it breaks. Maintenance takes forever to come and check out what is going on. They never know how to fix and just put a bandaid on it and call it a day. The maintenance people don’t really speak English so it’s hard to explain what is going on. They don’t listen to the tenants and don’t get things fixed for you even if you repeatedly ask them too. They never get things fixed or let me know what’s going on AC wise and maintenance wise unless my dad calls to talk to them. I would not recommend living here from my experience.

The apartments were not clean when I moved in and the apartment grounds were constantly littered with trash. I had multiple things break or stop working during my time here, including my shower drain, toilet seat, bedroom and living room windows. My key to get in the building would not work sometimes and I would be stuck outside until it worked. Laundry also costs 3 dollars to wash and dry your clothes and I had an instance where I used the washer and it ruined some of my white clothes. The apartment complex did nothing about this because they are not responsible for the washer and dryers damaging your clothes . The biggest issue was when the AC unit went out for about 4 days during the middle of July and the apartments got up to 90 degrees. It was a few days before we even knew what was going on. We have not been compensated for this yet and I'm not sure if we will be. It was more than just an inconvenience, it was not safe for anyone to be here during the problem. The situation was handled very poorly and the staff did not communicate with the residents, I had to call multiple times to see what was going on. I don' think wolvering crossing cares about the health and safety of their residents and I would not recommend this student housing to anyone. If anyone did say they were thinking about living here, I would be sure to tell them about my experience here and recommend that they find anywhere else to live.
