|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I've enjoyed living at Wolverine Crossing since the day I moved in. I feel that individuals opinions are largely based off of their roommate situation though, as most others that dislike it, it is due to roommate circumstances.
Fun friendly place to live. I got lucky with roommates and my location situation.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best housing communities in Orem Provo area — Wolverine Crossing is one of the best places for students to live. It has all the amenities nearby, that a person can ask for. Lots of activities are organized for the people to socialize. And it is reasonable too

|Recommended: YesWolverine Crossing is good for the freshman experience — If someone were to ask me how I liked living here, I would tell them that its a great place for a first year experience because it is student housing. It is nice having your own kitchen and only sharing a bathroom with one girl. I like my roommate, and it is a nice place to meet new people. The buildings always seem to have a different smell, which isn't always pleasant, but over all its a pretty decent place to live.
Thank you for your review Calistia! We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you've enjoyed WC so far! We hope you'll stay with us for another year! : ) Let us know if we can do anything else for you!

|Recommended: YesA Parent's View — I do not live at Wolverine Crossing, but my daughter does and I pay the rent. I enjoy the professionalism which I have experienced working with the leasing office and paying the rent each month. I pay online and it is very easy. When I have had questions about the lease or operations, I have been given answers in a timely manner. I like my daughter's apartment and I think that WC did an excellent job in her roommate matching. I like that they have a physical human security presence at night and that there are security cameras in various areas. There are a lot of activities available to the residents if they want to join in, and my daughter's RA was very helpful to her when she needed assistance. It is a bit pricier than BYU apartments, but comparable to those around the UVU campus, and much nicer too. We toured many different apartments in the area over a 2-day period, and we felt most at-home at Wolverine Crossing.
Thank you so much for this great review Kathe! We really appreciate your feedback and are so happy to hear that both you and your daughter are enjoying her experience at WC! Please let us know if we can do anything further to help you guys out, and hope that you will continue living at Wolverine Crossing throughout her time at UVU!!
|Recommended: YesNice but it is my first apartment so I have nothing to compare it to. — When I first showed up in the apartment it had a really bad smell, the smell took two bottles of Febreeze and four bottles of air spray just to make it smell descent. I have not needed to use the RA other than obtaining a vacuum the RA are easy to get a hold. They keep the halls and elevator clean. Paying rent is extremely easy and they send you reminders. All the repairs we have need are quickly fixed the next day. Wolverine Crossing doesn't allow smoking or alcohol on the premise which is nice because you don't have drunks in your apartment and your apartment doesn't smell like smoke.
Thank you for your review Kamren! I'm sorry to hear about the smell of the apartment when you first moved in, but I'm glad things are going well for you since then! We really appreciate your feedback, so please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!
|Recommended: YesStill happy — even if there are any issues you have with this complex, which I have none, the community and friends that are here make it all worth it. I would not move out if I had a choice, I love it here and the closeness to campus. Along with the events that are always happening, there is absolutely no reason for you to not be making friends and memories.
Thank you for your review Kiahna! We love having you as a resident here and are so glad to hear you're enjoying your time here. Please let us know if we can do anything further to help you out, and hope you'll continue living with us as long as you're at UVU! : )
|Recommended: YesGood apartments — Very nice and professional got some noisy upstairs neighbors but its college Thermostat still on a c in Nov. Other then that best apartments I've lived in Love the management
Thanks so much for your review Martin! We're so glad to hear things are going well. I put in a work order to have maintenance check your A/C/heat! Sorry about that! Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!

|Recommended: YesAffordable, Beautiful, Fun, Helpful, Perfect for me — The place itself is beautiful. It feels more like spring break than an actual apartment building, mostly due to the fact that it's way cleaner than the average apartment complex, there is a pool WITH A HOT TUB, and there are events like movie night week where everyone is invited to bring a blanket and watch movies. Whoever organizes these events are wonderful, I loved the concert the other night with the fairy lights strung up in the courtyard For the record, it was NOT too loud to sleep, and I ALWAYS have the option to go to the study room on my floor if I really need to focus on an assignment. I love it here, and I really hope I can live here every year that I attend UVU. I cannot personally hear my neighbors to the point of it being a problem, but they have complained to us about stomping on their ceiling. No matter what apartment complex you go to, unless you're paying at least a thousand a month to ensure material quality, there is going to be noise. In fact, I've been in complexes that have a high rent cost and still have crappy materials. I love it that the materials used in these buildings are relatively good, especially considering that my rent is less than half the cost of where I used to live, and maintenance actually fixes any problems I have when I call the office about it. The extra stuff that Wolverine Crossing has and does to make it a fun, productive environment for students is definitely worth living here.
