|Recommended: YesNice, but could use some imporvements — When I first showed up my apartment smelled like a trash can. I found my bed and it looked comfortable. The convenience of having a closet and a small dresser is nice in your room is nice. I had enough room to put all of my stuff. The desk and tables are sturdy but bring a pad because after an hour it hurts sitting. The kitchen was okay. The lanolin had a couple of chips in it We just got it replaced . There is enough left over utensils from other roommates that I only had to buy a couple of things I wanted. The microwave,stove, and smoke detectors all work. Lots of cupboard space. The living room has a large table and a comfortable couch and comfortable chair. The weight room is nice and convenient. The maintenance staff is top notch you put in a work order and the next day they are there fixing the problem they actually fix the problem . The distance to UVU is only a 20 minute walk. There is also a gas station and a Subway and a Dominos that are in the next parking lot.

|Recommended: YesI enjoy Wolverine Crossing. I think the buildings are fairly new and well-kept. Only thing I would recommend is to clean up the garbage areas more. — I love it I love that I get free printing in the office, I like that a church is next to my building, I like that the gym is across from my building, I like how close it is to UVU's campus, I like how close it is to the Frontrunner and UTA Bus system. The parties set up by the RA's are pretty fun as well with great food and prizes. I love the environment, a great mix of LDS kids but also kids from other countries and states. I love diversity

|Recommended: YesOverall, pretty decent. — Generally, its only the very opinionated few who leave reviews, as they are either very happy or very unhappy about something. I try to be somewhere in the middle, as I am neither here nor there. Here it goes...
It's student living, so you can't go in expecting a 5 star hotel. My apartment was clean and neat when I moved in. The place was in pretty good shape and we've kept it clean and neat. The walls are kind of thin and I can definitely hear my roommates when they're talking loud. I don't generally hear other apartments unless they are yelling. I do, however, live right over the pool. So if there's a party going on, I can tell you every word of their conversations, which gets old. Thankfully some one invented Zzzyquil for that. We have only had to call maintenance once because a window wouldn't close all the way and it got drafty, but everything else has worked fine. Parking could be better. Most days, if you show up after 5, you should expect to park in the lot half a mile away, but life goes on. Every time I've had to deal with the office staff, they have been friendly and professional. I quite liked the events they put on, and wish they would do them more often I have had no trouble with RA's or anyone else for that matter, keep out of trouble and they leave you be. My only complaint here is cost. For what I'm paying a month, I feel like I shouldn't have to share a room...
Last thing to add, before I came here I read some reviews that didn't sound too good, but after 2 semesters here, I don't get why some disliked the place so much. Like I said before, keep your nose clean and your not going to have problems with management It's that simple On the one repair I had, the guy came pretty quickly and patched us up in no time.
So all in all, I give 4 stars. Its sort of expensive, it can be loud, and the parking is not the best, BUT, the place was quite nice, they are pretty close to school, and the people here are friendly. I would recommend them to a friend.

If any of your noise concerns (especially out at the pool) are becoming excessive, and/or carrying on in to the late hours, please feel free to call our office and after-hours you get forwarded to the On-Call RA, who can go/come address any noise issues at any time. Regarding parking, we are continually trying to find a better way to manage that, whether we charge a premium for closer spaces, or something like that. We appreciate your feedback and promise this is not going unheard! And lastly, in regard to pricing, if you are considering renewing your lease, the 12 month rate is MUCH cheaper than the 9 month rate! So if you want to stick around for another year, we'd love to have you! |Recommended: YesThis place has been really nice Good place to live if you have a good attitude — I would recommend wolverine crossing to most kids going to UVU or that are just starting out on their own. This place is nice and comes with appliances, so its easy to move in. I have been here for almost 5 years now and I have enjoyed it just because i participate in the activities.

|Recommended: YesWell maintained, with notable exceptions. — As is the case with any situation involving roommates, you definitely have the people you can rely upon and the people who refuse to do anything at all. But, given the multitude of amenities that are provided and the friendly atmosphere the other residents try and show when you briefly interact with them, it's definitely one of the better places I've lived so far in my college career.
