|Recommended: NoDo not recommend — Overpriced and overrated. The rules and expectations are ridiculous and they cover it up by hosting lots of events and giving gifts and gift cards are incentives to renew.

|Recommended: Noregret ever choosing to live here. Let’s list all aspects of my horrible experience.
1. The rooms are tiny and there is no storage whatsoever in the apartment. No pantry, nothing. I had to buy a shelving unit just to have somewhere to put my food.
2. My roommates were partying and drinking till 5 am several nights in a row and the RA on my floor did absolutely nothing.
3. They literally put a clause in their lease that they can charge “charge any reasonable fee” to sell your contract. Does 600 sound reasonable to you They force you to sell your contract at a much higher price than you are currently paying otherwise you have to pay the difference. Absolutely ridiculous money grabbing tactic.
4. The office staff was rude and purposely slowed down my sale process, forcing my buyer to resign their lease 4 times
5. They have made me wait forever for my deposit. It has been over the legally mandated 30 days to receive my deposit and they ignored my tenants notice to provide deposit disp

|Recommended: NoCosigner — The two people that live in your unit make plenty of money to be able to afford to pay their bill by themselves without a cosigner and you're going to build them extra because you want somebody else on the less jerks

|Recommended: YesIt was rough at first — I love the social life that I have here, but it was very rough at first. None of my roommates were the ones I choose on the app. The maintenance did not actually do much until I left a review, then It was actually fixed. Geneva road is super loud at night, but that's nothing they can fix. The inside is painted weird colors, and it's not as nice or modern as the show apartment. Expect much smaller than the one they show. There isn't much close parking.
