|Recommended: NoPlease be more transparent about fees — I have been charged for random things without any warning multiple times. It's incredibly frustrating. I would love to get a list of things that I could get charged for. Because right now it feels like I'm getting scammed by living here.
|Recommended: NoI would not recommend signing contracts early. Incentives are given for re-signing contracts early for the next year but then if you want to sell your contract you will pay a lot of money because suddenly the price for the apartment is higher and you as the seller have to pay the difference in price plus a transfer fee of 200. It is a rip off

|Recommended: YesOverall pretty good. — The amenities and other things outside the buildings are pretty nice, but the Apts and rooms themselves look kinda old and dirty.
|Recommended: NoOverpriced and bad quality — The environment, in general, is quite immature. There are pirate treasure decorations on my floor in the B building 4th floor. I also hear loud music consistently late at night. The RAs do nothing to address this. And for an apartment complex that does cleaning checks once a month, which seems like an invasion of privacy, their grounds are disgusting. I have seen food on the carpeted areas of my floor, empty bags cans in the elevator, overstuffed garbage bins in common areas, etc. Find somewhere else to live.
|Recommended: NoSick of the illegal entering into my sons apartment. — The apartment managers will come into your room without notice and warning This was over a week after cleaning checks so no, that wasn’t the case We have many athletes that will no longer lease through Wolverine Crossing. Unacceptable
