|Recommended: YesIt's beautiful, well-designed, modern, and homely — It's really close to everything in Orem and a very involved community. There are always activities going on whether it's a barbecue, pool party, or movie night--Wolverine Crossing does it all. Everyone is super nice and the RA's and staff are all amazing. Oh and did I mention all of the free stuff they give us It's super nice dorms that function as an amazing home away-from home.
|Recommended: NoGood apartment for it being my first time. — The community keeps to themselves for the most part, unless you already know the person it’s hard to make more friends. even my neighbors were distant after meeting them the first week.

|Recommended: NoSCAM — There is no possibly way to get out of a contract with wolverine crossing unless you sell it to someone who's willing to buy it. Wolverine Crossing has more opportunities to sell the contract to people who are looking for housing than people like me trying everything they can by posting it online and putting out physical ads around campus to no avail. Before you apply please be weary of all the hidden fees and the amount of money you're going to lose because of they're cunning pool and attractive social life. 10 10 would not recommend

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — The staff and management go out of their way to make all the residence feel appreciated. They do all sorts of activities and events with the residences as well as work with local businesses to provide discounts for their residence on those local products and services. Wolverine Crossing tries hard and does a great job providing the college experience everybody is wanting an hoping for, whether you are an introvert or extrovert. The apartments are also very nice and have brand new furnishing, this makes coming home so much nicer. I enjoy spending time in my apartment and when I get together with friends I am not embarrassed to invite them over.

|Recommended: YesSuper nice and professional environment. — The staff are extremely friendly and helpful The complex seems like they have a lot of fun activities planned and i am excited to live here for this upcoming school year
|Recommended: YesThe property is very pretty — I would say it was a little dirty when I first moved in but overall a very nice apartment with very helpful staff.
|Recommended: YesProperty is nice and well kept. — I have not lived here long but the property looks well kept and the staff is nice and is helpful with any questions that Ive had. I have not had to have any maintenance come and fix anything so I am not sure yet how helpful they are. The only complaint that I do have is that the pool is open and it doesn't seem like there is a limit on how many resistants can go in and I think that is a little unsafe with COVID going on at the moment.
