|Recommended: YesMediocre plus one — I love my dorm I have a 3x3 style, more specifically two shared and 1 private. My shared room is a good size. The closet space is good, but you have a lot of clothes, school supplies, etc, it might not work for you. The kitchen works great, but does get cramped around dinner time when all 5 of us are in there. There's definitely not enough cupboard space but we made it work by purchasing a shelf to put in the coat closet. The dining table only fits 2 people but there are 2 big couches to sit at. The study lounge on the 4th floor is great, there's usually no one there.
The only thing I don't like is how thin the walls windows are. If you have a pool view, you'll be able to hear everything. I can hear the highway from here which isn't too bad except for when the sports cars zoom, and you can hear the garbage truck picking up the trash.
Maintenance is pretty quick to attend to your needs. They'll come by in at least a week and do a good job.
Parking by my building is great. If I come back during the afternoon, I can usually get front row parking. I do wish there was covered options. For now, we've got some trees.
During move in week, I definitely felt welcomed. Overall, if you're looking for an apartment to fit your basic needs, this is it.

|Recommended: YesNot bad, for college apartments — There’s a weird smell, our work order has been in for like 2 weeks and no one has come to fix it, other then that it’s fine.

|Recommended: YesI am satisfied with my care — It is kept air conditioned hallelujah and I luckily received a bottom floor room. Too bad I can hear every step they take upstairs, which happens to be a lot. It feels like nobody lives here, yet I see a lot of cars in the parking lots. Socializing is kept to a minimum which I happen to be a fan of. I also love the layout of the apartments and how spacious the apartments are for a shared area.

|Recommended: NoIt's a place to live — It's OK. The office is friendly but inflexible. The hallways smell strongly of mildew but the apartments are fine. You have to live with whatever wear and tear previous tenants have inflicted on the units as long as everything is functional. The toilets are the small kind which is uncomfortable for many. The fixed utility cost is through the roof when you live in a shared apartment.
