|Recommended: YesGreat but a little cold and loud — Really great There is a slight problem with the windows not being insulated so they let air in and it makes it pretty cold at night and the walls are pretty thin. I can hear everything from the living room and any of the kitchen cupboards and microwave being shut resonates loudly in my room and startles me sometimes. Otherwise it is pretty great

|Recommended: YesGyms nice, people here nice, RAs could do better. — The gym is very nice to have and go to everyday at anytime. I love the soda machine. The hot tub is closed though while others are open. Wish the activities could be at least somewhat good like they were when we first came.

|Recommended: NoA very nice, friendly property — The units and grounds are very well maintained. The units are nice, but over priced in my opinion. If you have noisy neighbors, you’re going be able to over hear everything they are doing. If you live by the stairwell or elevator, you will probably hear people running up and down the halls or slamming the stairwell door. If you’re very lucky, you may wake up to the smell of your neighbors smoking pot. A private room and shared bathroom is nearly 600.00 after utilities and fees, just a tad expensive in my opinion. The location is very convenient with being close to UVU and uni parkway.

|Recommended: NoHands down the worst place any human could live. If you’re considering an apartment in the area go to Axis. I’ve had two break ins and management failed to fix the underlying issues. The issues being that two main doors do not lock and anyone can walk in. I have reported my roommate for drugs they do not care. They came into my apartment without 24 hour notice or permission which is a violation in the contract. Domino’s pizza has better management than this place. No one knows how to run anything or make the customer happy here. Everything here is BS.

|Recommended: YesThe rating of the apartments and service at wolverine crossing — The apartments are very Nice. Most of any dirtiness comes from roommates. There is a problem with Pools and hot-tubs being constantly closed. Maintenance people are very quick to fix problems. I do personally do not believe it is fair for everyone to be charged for one person in the apartment being a slob. but overall it is a very nice place.
