|Recommended: YesThe RA's and Leasing Staff care — Its really great I showed up and I had a few maintenance issues but it was easy to submit a work order and they were taken care of the next day. The RA's and other Wolverine Crossing staff really care about how I like it here. They remember my name and talk to me when they see me. THE EVENTS The events here are probably the greatest ever. They provide lunch or dinner all the time free meals are always welcome and the other events are always set up well and are super fun. My personal favorite was the drive in movie. I really hope they do that again

|Recommended: YesQuick — It was easy and quick to sign a lease, get a room. They prioritized me to get the items out of my room as soon as possible.

|Recommended: NoNot worth even half of what i pay — Dont Move here. its a money pit who only cares about your money. They will do anything they can not to help you out. I tried applying for the free month of rent and i submitted my application in THEIR time frame. but they took as long as they could and waited 3 weeks after their time frame ran out so i couldn't get the promotion. Even when i called 4 times a week for 3 weeks. I also had to buy 3 parking passes because i got booted even though i already had 1 and they said sorry once its on you have to pay to take it off. Which was another 75. I haven had AC or Heat because they refuse to send the maintance guy to fix it. PLEASE if you READ this. DO NOT COME HERE. literally any where else is better. BTW i got my own apartment. So i have no roommates and i pay over 1300 a month. Honest review.
|Recommended: NoNot worth the money — Wolverine Crossing likes to nickel and dime you. There are SO MANY hidden fees The front office staff is good if you have simple concerns but if there's anything more complicated than I am here to pick up a package they are difficult to deal with and talk you in circles. The move out process is worse than pulling teeth They don't help you or make ANYTHING easy for you. They also change their rates without any notice or heads up to you, so that's nice.
Oh But they do let you bring your marijuana They don't care if you smoke it and they actually make deals with you to stay even if you're suspected of having it. They take good care of their druggies

|Recommended: NoNot worth the money. — The staff isn't helpful. They really do just want your money. I pay 473 a month somehow for a shared bedroom and no one has been able to tell me why, but if I don't pay it, I will get fined 35. I like the ward and outside is pretty.
|Recommended: NoGood apartments but too expensive — The community and the living conditions are great There's a ton of cool amenities and benefits to living here and the location is awesome. The employees and the services provided are also great and extremely helpful. But pricing for the rent itself at least in my experience for a private room you pay a fair bit more than it is worth. If you are wanting a high end and extremely comfortable experience and don't mind paying extra, it's great. But if you are just looking for somewhere to live with your needs met, it's too expensive.

|Recommended: YesMoving in today and I'm very excited — Truthfully I haven't moved in yet but everything is looking really exciting. So many amenities, close to school, and for me it's also close to my work.
