|Recommended: YesHomey — It's a great place, theres been a few things that could use some work, but it's been really nice, the soda machine is my favorite
|Recommended: NoNot a great experience — They are not very social even though they say they are. They hold events maybe once a month, and half the time they do not seem that great. They try to appeal to the social aspect to lead you into signing the contract, but after that all they care about is money. They roommates I was stuck with were not friendly at all, and did not even go to school. I am the only person in my apartment that went to college throughout my whole time spent here. Overall, this was not a great experience, and it was not what I was promised in the beginning.

|Recommended: YesWOLVERINE CROSSING IS MY NEW HOME — It’s comfortable and inviting, so many people to meet and fun activities to do, to de-stress from work, school, etc.
|Recommended: NoNot the best experience. The hallways constantly smelled like garbage and reeked of marijuana. Neighbors were loud. We were notified right before the semester ended that they would be remodeling each room, so each resident would be relocated to a new building temporarily with random roommates. We were relocated multiple times and expected to pack up our things with very short notice. We weren’t notified of this before purchasing the lease.
|Recommended: NoIts good, but super pricey for what you get — Its nice for a little, and its super close to campus which is nice, but it's very hard to get a parking spot close to your room, also it is very expensive. My total monthly was 464 after the convenience fee for payment, and I was leasing a 2x2.

|Recommended: YesIt’s a great place to meet new people super super close to campus — I only really had one problem with one of my roommates but the rest of them I had a really great time not a lot of new people. Overall it was a pretty great experience
