|Recommended: YesCould use better staff — The apartments are nice but the staff can be pretty forgetful and there apartment checks are clearly just another way for them to get money out of you
|Recommended: YesWolverine Crossing — The stairwell can be dirty and most of the furniture has been well-loved, but the staff is great and want to help you
|Recommended: NoNot my favorite but I got by — I would tell them not to because when I got married and needed out of my lease WC wouldn't work with us at all. We didn't want to leave but just get a 1x1 or 2x2 but instead they told us those were all taken up and they forced us to take a 3x3 with roommates while still paying about 1300 a month in rent. That's ridiculous for a college student I'm very disapointed in the management there and I really question their morals.Tthey value money over everything. I'd tell anyone considering wc to go somewhere else because the apartment aren't even that great and the pricing is too high. Overall, the apartments were pretty good and leasing agents and maintenance was nice but who ever is in charge there needs to go. Once they're gone and WC starts making accommodations for their residents then I will suggest them to my friends....
|Recommended: YesDecent — its close to school at least
|Recommended: YesCool — cool
|Recommended: NoMy Review — I thought it was overpriced. You’re not getting what you paid for. But, it’s nice that you’re close to UVU, restaurants, the freeway, and Provo
|Recommended: YesWolverine Crossing Review — Great complex. AC is terrible if they even have it. It was a nightmare selling my contract. Other than that it was great.
|Recommended: YesThis is a good apartment that’s close to campus — The ward is super nice and there are a lot of amenities that are nice
|Recommended: NoI can’t see the rest of this question… — management is fun, they have fun events and love to do things for their residents.
|Recommended: YesWolverine Crossing — Feels like home
|Recommended: YesREAD LEASE BEFORE SIGNING — I renewed and upgraded my contract for the 2021-22 school year. My current lease ends today 7 30 2021. They are making my pay for my private room for the whole month of August even though I can't even move in until August 19th. However, in the lease it says they will pro-rate rent yet when I talked to them yesterday, they said they do not do that. I feel like everything the leasing office does is shady and they just want their money. I am paying 640 to share a room with someone. This is ridiculous.
|Recommended: YesHonestly just a business and they want your money — Management is the worst and they aren’t willing to help you sell your contract, so you’re forced to keep paying for a place even if you move out cuz you get married… they try to catch you in every way to get fees and and take your money. The buildings also smell weird. I definitely think there are better places to live and put your money.
|Recommended: NoGood not great — Professional staff, solid amenities, slightly overpriced, does not take long to look at other complexes and realize you pay for more, but get less.
|Recommended: YesThey will try and get every cent they can from you — If you aren't a big complainer its pretty okay. It's not amazing but that's the point of college living. It's not luxurious but it's just simple student housing.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Super helpful community to a college or young working adult.
