|Recommended: NoHorrible place to live — This place sucks even when you are evicted it’s still suck you have to pay the whole year and they will lie through their teeth to get to you move in. And the contracts will change Worst place by far I’ve ever lived at or anyone has ever live at They are all playing a roll and will do whatever they can to get as much money out of you as possible

|Recommended: YesPretty good place — Overall, a good place to live. They'll put you with good roommates, plenty of things to do here, and the front office folk are very helpful.
|Recommended: NoThis place is the definition of a rip off. My little brother lived here for his first year of school this past year and they charged him over 600 for a private room that could barely fit two people in it. This was after telling him and my parents during the tour that it wouldn't be that much. They also locked the thermostat in the apartment in the dead of winter and he got a cold from it because it was only 62 degrees and maintenance didn't show up for two weeks. They also made him pay rent for FOUR months when he wasn't even living there because of covid. We've been waiting to get his 350 deposit back which was due over a month ago and they JUST TODAY gave it back and they only gave him a lousy 50 and refused to tell him why, then HUNG UP ON HIM. This place is trash, obviously owned by people motivated by greed. Save yourself and your money and find a different place to live.
I'm sorry that your brother didn't have a great experience here. As for our prices, they are a little bit more expensive than other places, but we definitely think it's worth it! With our heating and air conditioning, we do keep it so residents can't change it so they don't freeze the pipes. I'm sorry that maintenance didn't make it in earlier than two weeks. For his deposit, he actually got $200 off when he signed his lease! As for $100 of it, it's non-refundable so he got back as much as he could've!

|Recommended: YesClean modern apartment. — Great first impressions The apartments are super clean and modern. The internet is fast. The kitchen is big and spacious. On top of all that roommates are super nice and so was the staff.

I'm sorry to hear about that, what makes you think it's not good?
|Recommended: NoA bit pricey up front but a very nice apartment — When I first moved in there was a lot that I had to pay up front that they did not mention until after I had signed a contract. They also put me in an apartment by myself after I was hopping to have some roommates to hangout with. I am also paying a lot out of pocket for things that I am not using because of COVID-19 like the pool and the gym. If you want to stay here ask every question you can think of before moving in. I also think they should have some guest parking that is closer to the building. My car was in the shop the week I moved in and I had to move all of my stuff in from across the whole parking lot just to move it inside. Other than all of that it is a nice apartment a little pricey but you get what you pay for if it wasn’t for COVID being around.
