|Recommended: YesA good place — Great experience overall
|Recommended: YesWolverine Crossing Review — My stay here, so far, has been pretty nice. I'm glad to be living near the UVU campus that I will be attending.
|Recommended: NoLooks better than it is — Reason I chose here was because it seemed to have good amenities. But most of the stuff like the pool and sports courts are all under construction so then what’s the point. The one pool that isnt broken is always dirty. And when I came to visit in the summer they weren’t under construction so it was kinda deceiving. Also my building always stinks in the hallways. Our toilet has clogged 8 times in the past months and we are putting nothing but toilet paper in it so i don’t understand why it is clogging, the whole system must be backed up or something because it is not a case where a plunger can fix the issue. And when we make a service request it takes on average of 3 days for the toilet to be fixed so we have had a broken toilet more than a working toilet. Also our floor started flooding in the apartment the first month and it took very long to be fixed. It was really disgusting and the Worst part is it was the hallway to our bedrooms so it was almost impossible to get to our rooms without leaping over or just stepping in brown water. To be honest I don’t even want to know if there is mold or something in the walls from the leak because it came from the walls. Also the floors were layed crooked so our floors go slightly diagonal. Most of the cabinets are cheaply made and you can see nasty grime all over the cracks of the walls from before we lived here. Seems like they just tried to make it look nice but by using really bad quality materials and was not done very well. The appliances are subpar but do get the job done. The tv sucks and the couches are bad and uncomfortable. The staff in the leasing office generally are good and know how to help. In my experience there isn’t much of a community at all. There are occasionally activity’s thrown on by the housing but rarely, and don’t seem fun. I rarely ever see any other people in the hallways. All of my other friends apartments are a lot nicer and less money for the same stuff. One nice thing is that if you get a personal room they are decent size. The gym is also good but the treadmills are either broken, or close to broken. The only thing this place has is the title “number 1 voted student housing ” Which I would disagree with.
|Recommended: YesGood, solid, worthwhile — Need i say more than that
|Recommended: NoUnprofessionally handled. Ran by kids. — Great when hearing about it. Terrible when you're actually there. Front office isn't a big help when it comes to anything. Plumbers aren't that great either. Place is legit ran by kids.

|Recommended: YesI really like the aesthetic of the outside of the buildings. — I would tell them it’s super cute and homey, but it is a little noisy at night.
|Recommended: YesIT was good then got shitty roomates — Its great but my 2 roommates are messy as fuck and I should be getting paid to clean up after these shits. I also pay more in rent than my roommate and I do not know why.
